Sauced Out is a boutique web design firm based in the Hills District of Sydney. We are not restricted by geography though and have worked with clients in Queensland, South Australia, Victoria, Tasmania, Canberra and Western Australia - we haven't worked with anyone from the Northern Territory ... yet.

Our team

Our core team consists of a small group of web and graphic designers and marketing specialists who work remotely and gather together regularly. As creative work isn't bound by traditional hours we find we work better this way.

When needed we bring in coders and copywriters for specific projects. To do this we've built partnerships with professionals who share our values and work to a high standard. Depending on the project we either liaise with them or get them to work with you directly.

Who makes the sauce?

Andrea is our Chief Code Monkey and co-Director of the company. She is our technical guru who makes sure our websites are technically sound and work the way that they should. With a background in librarianship and information management she's also a whiz at searching for solutions and keeping us all up to date with the latest developments (and she doesn't even make us keep quiet!).

Tamara is the Sauce Maker and the other co-Director. Apart from being a Photoshop guru, she's also a marketing specialist and can help you work out the best web solution for your business and where to go once your site is live. She is also the organiser of the group, who manages our accounts, admin and all that stuff that the rest of use don't want to do!

Lisa is our Web Designer and looks after most of our projects - she looks after most client communication and training. She's also our web maintenance person and go-to girl for Photoshop layouts.

Simon is our marketing guru and business motivator. He gets us doing stuff that we should be doing and is always coming up with great marketing ideas (he's also the loud one of the bunch, so sometimes Andrea has to unleash her librarian ninja powers on him). His specialty is helping people build their businesses so that they can sell them for a healthy price - and with websites being an important part of any business his interest is helping people in getting their website to assist in this aim.

We also pull in trusted partners when needed

Lucinda writes tasty text. She's a talented web copywriter and a featured columnist on Flying Solo. She's written a fair bit of the text you see on this site.

Michael is the programmer we turn to for any technical advice or needs. He can source out-of-the-box solutions or custom build something if needed.

Matt is a talented graphic designer who can whip up a snazzy web or print layout.

How we work with you

We work with clients via phone, email or Skype. We can also arrange face-to-face meetings, however travel costs may apply. We find that most things can be set up or sorted out via phone or email.

We also use Basecamp - a project management system so you can view your project progress at any time.
